The Lakes Assembly Prayer Chapel was dedicated in 2013. The prayer chapel is open 24/7 to the public. It is a statement of how important and vital we believe prayer is for our surrounding community. There should always be a place of prayer for people to go to.
A Note from A Fan This morning, and many to come, afforded me a very pleasant experience. On my way to work I saw this little prayer chapel on old highway 66 going through Rockwall, Texas, and I decided to stop and pray. WOW! Great prayer closet! Quiet, nice soft music flowing across the room, a comfortable place to visit with our God. I was really taken aback by the peaceful tranquility of the moment. I plan to make this a regular morning stop; a little better than stopping for coffee and a donut; and much more rewarding. |
