Outreach is about taking what we have learned and sharing our faith and experience with others. In order for our spiritual renewal to really take effect, we believe it is important for us to pass it on. As you experience spiritual renewal through spiritual life, spiritual community, and discipleship ministries, you will gain insight, understanding, and a passion to share the gospel with others. That's what we call spiritual revival!

Big Days

Big days are days that change your life forever like the day you got married or the day you first became a parent. We believe that God works in a big way through big days. When it is time to reap the harvest, that is a big day. We plan ahead for these big days by encouraging our church members to identify and pray for their unchurched friends and then give them the training and tools necessary to invite these friends to a special big day at church.

Prayer Chapel

The Lakes Prayer Chapel is open to the community 24/7 for prayer. The prayer chapel is the perfect environment for community members to spend quality time in prayer.

Eggstravaganza

Every Easter weekend we host a community event on our property called Eggstravaganza. The event is open to the community and includes low cost concessions, bounce houses, eggs hunts divided into age groups, and our famous candy canon.

Rock the Block

On July 4th, we host a community event on our property called Rock the Block. The event is open to the community and includes live music, low cost concessions, snow cones, bounce houses, and a spectacular view of the Rockwall Fireworks Show.

No Monsters Bash

At the end of October, we host a community event on our property as a safe, family-friendly fall festival alternative called No Monsters Bash. Kids and adults are encouraged to dress up in funny and clever get-up. We do have one rule. No Monsters! The event is open to the community and includes low cost concessions, bounce houses, games, petting zoo, and our famous candy canon.

Communications Ministry

Part of sharing the Gospel is the means of communicating it. Our Communications Ministry focuses on how to communicate our message through various means, so that "all can hear." We do this through announcements, signage, technology, advertisements, marketing material, public relations, social networking, and other creative methods of communication. It takes a talented team of people with a heart to reach people effectively where they're at and in their context.
