Spiritual Life Ministries

Spiritual Life is about connecting in new and fresh ways to God. We encourage you to connect to God corporately with us each Sunday at 9 & 11 am as we worship God together. We also encourage you to connect with God at home through personal devotions, Bible reading, Bible study, prayer, and private worship. We believe spiritual revival in the church begins when individuals earnestly seek God in both private and public spaces.

Prayer Ministries

The Lakes Prayer Warriors (TLPW) is the prayer ministry at The Lakes Assembly. Led by Mitzi Pederson, our prayer teams pray for the needs of our church, local community, and the world. Prayer is the foundational ministry of our church and is a major part of every ministry.

TLPW Ministries:

• TLPW Prayer Chain (SMS texts)
• Pre-Service Prayer and Intercession (Sunday Mornings)
• Worship Service Intercession (During Sunday Service in the Prayer Chapel)
• Altar Prayer Ministry (All Services)​
• Monthly Prayer Meeting (3rd Sunday of the month at 6PM)

Preaching Ministries

One of the primary ways we communicate the heart of God to his people is through our preaching/teaching ministries. The goal of these ministries are to communicate the urgent principles from the word of God as the preacher is led by the Spirit and empowered by the Spirit to preach life changing messages.

Sunday Morning Worship Team

Led by Stevo Myers, The Lakes Worship leads the congregation in praise and worship every Sunday. The vision of The Lakes Worship is to encourage people to put God first in life and action as well as in song. Worship isn't just something we do on Sundays. Worship is a lifestyle that honors God with every word and action every day!
