The Undertaking
There are about 7 billion people in the world. Of those, roughly 4.8 billion do not claim to be Christian. Unfortunately a significant number of the remaining 2.2 billion who claim to be Christian don't actually have a relationship with Christ.
The mission that Jesus assigned to His church is to take the good news of a restored relationship with God through Jesus Christ to all the people groups in all the world and make disciples.
This mission is the greatest undertaking known to mankind. It is the most important undertaking any of us can be a part of. It is the goal of The Lakes Assembly to see our outreach and missions efforts increase exponentially.

World MissionsConsider making a pledge for missions this year. Encourage your kids to give to BGMC or Speed The Light and to get involved in group efforts to raise money for missions.
